Staircases? Easy peasy. Just hoard 99 stones and bam, you can craft one in your crafting menu. It's a lifesaver when you're deep in the mines and don't wanna deal with all those monsters just to find the next level down.
I just buy them from the Dwarf after unlocking him. Way easier than crafting if you ask me.
