Stardew Valley doesn't use invite codes for its single-player experience. However, if you're looking to join a friend's farm in multiplayer, the host will need to provide you with an invite code from within their game. They can find this by opening the game menu, selecting 'Co-op', 'Host', and then 'Invite Friends'. They'll see an invite code there to share with you!
