First, you need to max out your Flame Breathing and Prestige at least once. Then, talk to Tanjiro and complete his quest. Easy peasy!

To get Sun Breathing in Demonfall, you first need to defeat the Flame Trainer Rengoku at WOP City, then you'll get the Sun Breathing quest from Tanjiro. Complete his tasks, and boom! You're a Sun Breathing master.
