Getting a Tally Counter in Terraria isn't too tricky! You need to explore the Dungeon and defeat Skeletons, Angry Bones, or Curse Skull enemies. These bad boys have a chance to drop the Tally Counter once they're defeated. Since the Dungeon is a pretty dense place with lots of enemies, make sure you're well-prepared with good armor and weapons. And remember, patience is key - the drop rate isn't super high, so it might take a bit of grinding.
