How to get your Terraria character from the cloud
Easy peasy! Just launch Terraria and head to the main menu. Click on 'Single Player' and you'll see a little cloud icon next to the characters that are stored in the cloud. Click on the character you want, and you're all set to dive back into your adventure. Just make sure you're logged into the same Steam or console account you used when you first saved them to the cloud!

Don't overthink it, just log in and click around. If your character is in the cloud, it'll show up with a cloud icon. Click, and boom, download complete.
Make sure your game is updated! Old versions sometimes get finicky with cloud stuff. Then just hit single player, look for the cloud icon, and click your character. Should work like a charm.
Honestly never bothered with cloud saves, I trust my hard drive more. But hey, to each their own.
