To get the 3 legendary swords (Shisui, Wando, and Saddi), you need to head over to the Second Sea and talk to the Legendary Sword Dealer. He spawns every 5-6 hours and can appear on various islands, so keep checking back! Each sword costs 2,000,000 Beli, so make sure your wallet is ready.
Honestly, just save up 6,000,000 Beli and keep hunting down that Legendary Sword Dealer in the Second Sea. He’s like Waldo...if Waldo sold swords.
