You get the Founder's Glider in Fortnite by purchasing any of the paid Founder's Packs during the game's early access period. Sadly, those packs aren't available anymore, so it's a rare item now!

I got mine by buying the Founder's Pack a few years ago. I don't think there's any other way to get it now. Exclusive stuff, ya know?
