To get the Galactic skin in Fortnite, you had to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 or Galaxy Tab S4 back when it was a promotion. Sadly, it's not available anymore!

You can't get the Galactic skin now unless you buy an account or device with it already redeemed, but that's risky and against Fortnite's terms.
