You had to buy a Samsung Galaxy S10 to get the Ikonik skin. Since that promotion ended, there’s no way to get it now unless Epic Games decides to release it again.

I got the Ikonik skin by getting a Samsung Galaxy S10 back when the promotion was live. It’s not available anymore, so you might have to hit the eBay lottery if you’re desperate.
