To get the Toy Knife in Undertale, head to the room on the top of the cliff in the Ruins. It's near Toriel's home, just before you meet her. Look around, you'll find it easily!

For the Real Knife, you need to be on the Genocide route. You鈥檒l find it in New Home, in Asgore's house. It's in the kitchen, on the left side. Basically, it pops up later in your relentless rampage.

Toy Knife is in the Ruins, Real Knife is in New Home on the Genocide route. Simple as that.

In the True Lab, there's the Empty Gun and the Real Knife, but the knife鈥檚 the Real Knife! Just be prepared for what it implies.

I've played Undertale countless times. The Toy Knife is in the Ruins atop a cliff near the end. The Real Knife shows up in New Home if you're on the Genocide route, in one of the rooms you'll visit.
