Orokin Caches in Sabotage missions! They're the loot boxes you never knew you needed. Get out there and start cracking them open.
Just trade for 'em. Seriously, farm platinum and buy the parts from other players. It's easier and faster.
From personal experience, the best method is running Orokin Derelict Sabotage missions. I found all my Mantis parts there after a few runs.
