Hey Tenno! To unlock your personal quarters, you need to progress in The War Within questline. Once you've completed that, head over to the market and purchase the Personal Quarters Segment blueprint. Build that in your Foundry and bam—home sweet home!

Basically, finish The War Within quest, buy the blueprint for the Personal Quarters Segment, and build it. Easy peasy!

First-hand experience here: After I wrapped up The War Within, I rushed to the market, snagged the blueprint, and fired up the Foundry. Before I knew it, I had a cozy corner to call my own!

Just finish The War Within quest and buy the Personal Quarters Segment blueprint from the market. You're set!
