Getting the Pirate Invasion in Terraria is all about luck and a bit of prep work! First off, you need to have defeated the Wall of Flesh to enable hard mode. Then, the Pirate Invasion has a chance to randomly occur as long as you're not in the middle of another event. HOWEVER! If you wanna kick things off yourself, get your hands on a Pirate Map. You can snag one by defeating enemies in the Ocean biome during hard mode. Use the map, and boom, pirate party at your doorstep.

Just smash the Wall of Flesh and hang around until pirates decide to crash your game. Or, farm enemies at the ocean to get a Pirate Map and summon them yourself. Easy peasy.

Honestly, just wait for it. The Pirate Invasion is more trouble than it's worth. Those pirates are loot hoarders, though, so maybe it's a tiny bit worth it.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
