Ahoy matey! To get the Pirate Ship Mount in Terraria, you gotta defeat the Flying Dutchman during a Pirate Invasion. This invasion event happens after you've defeated the Wall of Flesh and have at least one Pirate Map in your inventory. Use the Pirate Map to summon the invasion, and with some luck, the Flying Dutchman will drop the Pirate Ship Mount when defeated. Happy sailing!
