To snag the SDMG (Space Dolphin Machine Gun), you've gotta defeat the Moon Lord, Terraria's big baddie. It drops from him, but remember, it's all about that RNG (random number generator) luck, so you might have to beat him a few times to get it. Good luck, and may the odds be ever in your favor!

Honestly, getting the SDMG used to be a pain for me until I got it after my third Moon Lord fight. Make sure your gear is top-notch, and maybe enlist some friends to help make the battle easier. Can confirm, totally worth the effort for that sweet, rapid fire.
