You can get the K-Drive (aka surfboard) in Fortuna by visiting the Ventkids in the backroom. Start grinding those standing points with them to eventually unlock it!

Go to Fortuna and head to the back alley to find the Ventkids. Earn standing with them by doing races and missions to get your K-Drive.
