You can find the Infinity Blade in Creative mode under the 'Weapons' tab. Just add it to your island and go slice and dice!
I usually hop into Creative mode. Just look for the sword under mythic weapons. Slice up some builds!
Sorry to burst your bubble, but the Infinity Blade got vaulted ages ago in Battle Royale. Stick to Creative if you want it.
Epic Games rotates special items like swords in and out of game modes, so you might get lucky in an event or limited-time mode.
