Just max out NPC happiness in all the biomes, easy. Then buy the Universal Pylon from any of them. No sweat.
To snag the Universal Pylon in Terraria, you gotta be a master at making friends, or more accurately, your NPCs gotta be super happy. Each biome can give you a unique pylon when you've got at least two blissed-out NPCs living in their preferred biome. But the Universal Pylon? That's the VIP of pylons. You unlock this bad boy by getting at least one NPC really happy in each of the different biomes. Once you've achieved this, you can purchase the Universal Pylon from any super happy NPC, and voila, fast travel anywhere in Terraria without worrying about biome-specific pylons!
