Go to the Xbox Marketplace on your Xbox 360, navigate to the Themes & Gamer Pictures section, and you can purchase or download free themes there. Super easy!

You can also get custom themes by transferring them from a USB drive. Just download the theme, put it on a USB, and plug it into your Xbox 360.

Just stick to the default themes. They're not bad, and you won't have to spend extra money or time!
