I dunno, I always just randomly press buttons until it opens. Works every time.
Super easy, peeps! Just press 'F' if you're on PC to open your journal. It's where all your active and completed quests live. For consoles, it's a bit different: On Xbox use the 'Y' button, on PlayStation it's the 'Triangle', and on Switch, you'll wanna hit the 'X' button. Happy farming and questing!
