To meet the Mother Sea Emperor Leviathan, you'll need to first locate the Lost River biome. Follow the eerie green river, and descend into the depths of the Inactive Lava Zone. Keep going until you reach the Lava Lakes and find the Alien Thermal Plant. Eventually, you'll locate the Primary Containment Facility, where the Sea Emperor awaits!
