Just hop in your Seamoth, head east from the Aurora, and keep an eye out for the big ol' mushroom trees. You’ll know you’re there when you see them sprouting up everywhere!

Head to the coordinates roughly around 529, -261, 358 for the Northeastern Mushroom Forest or about -803, -234, 409 for the Northwestern Mushroom Forest. You'll find giant tree-like mushrooms there – can't miss 'em!
Go East or West from your starting Lifepod until you hit big mushroom trees. They look like something out of Alice in Wonderland!
I've found it easiest to head northeast from the Lifepod, around 500 meters down. When you see giant mushrooms, you've arrived!
Honestly, just keep looking for those huge mushroom-shaped trees. You'll find them if you explore enough!
