Warframe doesn't have a traditional training mode, but you can test your Warframes and weapons in the Simulacrum. You'll need to unlock it by building Cephalon Simaris' synthesis scanner at the Relay.

No official training mode, but the Simulacrum is your best bet. Unlock it at the Relay through Cephalon Simaris.
