To get to World 3 in Blox Fruits, you need to reach level 1500. Once you hit that milestone, talk to the NPC named King Red Head located in the Coliseum. He'll teleport you to World 3. Happy adventuring!

You have to hit level 1500 first. Then, seek out King Red Head at the Coliseum. Boom! You're in World 3!
