Simple answer: trade. Tombstones aren't in the game any more outside of trading. Watch out for scammers!
Tombstones are super rare in Adopt Me now since they were part of a past Halloween event. Your best bet is to trade with someone who has one. Good luck!
I traded a Neon Unicorn for my Tombstone. It's definitely worth finding someone trustworthy to make that deal!
