You can support a creator in Fortnite by entering their Support-A-Creator code in the item shop. This won't give you V-Bucks directly, but the creator earns a percentage of your purchase, which helps them out!

Just use the Support-A-Creator code in the item shop. You'll make a creator's day, but your V-Bucks stash won't grow.

First-hand experience here: I entered my favorite streamer's code, bought a cool skin, and while they benefited, my V-Bucks stayed the same. Worth it to support them though!
