You can get Hunter Munitions from the Ghoul Purge bounties on the Plains of Eidolon. Keep an eye out for the Ghoul Purge event, as it's not always available!

I got my Hunter Munitions mod as a drop from one of the Ghoul Rictus enemies during the Ghoul Purge event on the Plains of Eidolon. Super useful mod!
