Another way to get the Artax for your Taxon is by completing the “Once Awake” quest. You’ll unlock the weapon as a reward when you finish it.
Why bother? Taxon comes with Artax! No need to look elsewhere, just equip it from your arsenal.
I got my Taxon weapon by completing early game missions. It's easy and you don’t even have to spend any credits on it!
