No wheat in Valheim, but you can get barley in the Plains biome. Use it to craft barley flour at the windmill. Good luck!

You can't get wheat in Valheim! The closest thing you get is barley which you find in the Plains biome. Happy hunting!

Wheat isn't available in Valheim, only barley is. Just head to the Plains biome, and look for it near Fuling settlements.

Can't get wheat, but barley does the trick! Check the Plains biome, usually around Fuling camps.
