Yep, just set the Xbox with the Gold subscription as the 'Home Xbox' under the settings, and every account on that console will have access!

From my experience, I just set my Xbox as my 'Home Xbox' in the settings and all accounts on my console got Xbox Live Gold. Worked like a charm.
