Simple, eat! Just like in real life, food is the key. Different foods give you different amounts of energy. Also, you can upgrade your house to get a kitchen for cooking even better energy-boosting meals. Don’t forget to snack on those field snacks you can craft from seeds!

Sleep is your best friend. Every night you get a full energy bar, so make sure you're not staying up till the wolves howl. Also, hit the spa northeast of Pelican Town if you need a mid-day boost. Just chill in the water, and watch that energy bar rise.

Buying coffee at the Stardew Valley saloon is a quick pick-me-up. Speeds you up and gives you a tiny energy boost!

Just eat the foraged stuff you find lying around - berries, mushrooms, whatever. Nature’s fast food.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
