Trade station is your best friend here. You can鈥檛 gift directly, but you can trade parts or Plat easily!
You can't gift blueprints directly in Warframe. But you can trade parts or Prime blueprints in the in-game trade chat or at the trading post!
Blueprint gifting isn't a thing. Use trading to swap parts or just buy them some Plat!
Save yourself the headache and just give them Plat. Simple solution!
