You can't directly give Bitizenship to someone else, but you can gift them a gift card for the App Store or Google Play so they can buy it!

There's no option to gift Bitizenship in BitLife directly. Just give them a gift card, and they can get it themselves!

I checked with my friend who's a BitLife pro, and they confirmed there's no way to gift Bitizenship directly in the game. A gift card works, though!
