I've done this a bunch of times! Just buy it as a gift from the market and send it to their username. Easy peasy!
Hey, the best way to gift someone a skin in Warframe is to head to the in-game market, find the skin you want, and use the 'Gift' option. Just enter their in-game name and presto, their Warframe's lookin' fresh!
You can't transfer skins directly from your inventory. Get a gift card and let 'em choose!
