If you're on PC, press F3 and then F8, uncheck 'Disable Console', then press Enter and type `item ioncrystal` to give yourself Ion Crystals.

To get ion crystals in Subnautica, just open the console command menu and type in `item ioncrystal 1`! You'll get one Ion Crystal, increase the number if you need more!
