Usually, pressing F4 will toggle full screen for fangames made with RPG Maker or GameMaker, which many Undertale fangames use.

Not all fangames have a fullscreen option. If none of the shortcuts work, you might be out of luck.

Easy peasy! Just press Alt + Enter while in-game. Works like a charm for most Undertale fangames!

From my experience, if Alt + Enter or F4 don't work, check the game's settings menu for a fullscreen option. Some games hide it there!
