First thing's first, you gotta unlock panning by finishing the Fish Tank bundle at the Community Center or by buying the Glittering Boulder removal at JojaMart. Once that boulder's gone, you'll get a Copper Pan from Willy. When you see those sparkly spots in the water, that's your cue! Just walk up to the edge and use the pan like you would any other tool. Bam! You're panning for goodies.

Don't bother with panning. I've done it, and the rewards are hardly worth the time. Better spend those hours fishing or in the mines.

Panning can be a neat little surprise activity. Keep an eye on the water for sparkles and have that pan ready. Sometimes, you snag yourself some ore or coal. Not a game-changer, but definitely adds to the day's haul!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
