Harvesting cauliflower in Stardew Valley is super easy! Just walk up to a fully grown cauliflower crop (it takes 12 days to grow from when you plant it) and click on it or press the action button if you're using a controller. Bam! Fresh cauliflower ready for your inventory.

Make sure u plant it in Spring, guys! Cauliflower won't grow in any other season. Wait 12 days, then click to harvest. It's a goldmine if you're into big farming profits!
