Took me a sec to figure this out, but yeah, harvesting taro root is super simple. Wait for about 10 days after you plant them, then just click on the plants when they're ready. Made a nice profit on my last batch, so def worth planting a bunch!
just walk up and click on it lol, if it's ready it'll pop right into your inventory.
