In BitLife, you'll need to make sure your character starts dating someone early on. Once your character is in a relationship, you can try to have a baby. Keep trying until your character gets pregnant!

Honestly, just keep trying to have a baby once you hit 14 and are in a relationship. BitLife makes it possible but takes a few tries.
