Injuries? Easy fix, just drag your wounded buddy to the Infirmary and get 'em patched up.

To heal injuries in State of Decay 2, take your survivor to an Infirmary and use the 'Medical Help' option. You can also use first-aid kits, which you can find while scavenging or craft at a level 2 Infirmary if you have the necessary resources. Stay safe out there!
