Healing yourself in Apex Legends is crucial if you wanna stay in the game. First, you need to find healing items like syringes for small health boosts or medkits for full health recovery. Then, just use the inventory menu to select the item and watch your health bar fill up. Don't forget to keep an eye out for shield cells and batteries too, cause they'll fix up your armor. Pro tip: duck into cover before you start healing unless you want to be an easy target.

Just press the button associated with your healing item, but make sure to do it somewhere safe. Getting shot while healing is the worst.

Honestly, just keep moving and loot quickly. I鈥檝e won more fights by being slippery and finding a medkit at the right time than standing my ground. Always have a syringe ready, but remember, movement is your best friend in Apex.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
