Make sure your in-game mic is turned on and your volume is up! Go to Settings > Audio > Microphone and turn it on. Easy peasy!

If all else fails, switch to using Discord or another external voice chat app. Sometimes in-game voice chat likes to play hide and seek!

Check if you're in the correct voice chat channel. Sometimes it gets switched off or to 'All' instead of 'Team'.
