To help the Sick Man in Blox Fruits, you have to get him three different flowers: a red one, a blue one, and a yellow one. The red flower spawns during the day on various islands, the blue one at night in water or caves, and the yellow one drops from NPCs. Good luck hunting!
Easy peasy: find red, blue, and yellow flowers. Look at different times of the day and in different spots, and you'll be golden!
From my time playing, I found the flowers in these spots: Red - near the Pirate Village, Blue - under the Frozen Village, and Yellow - dropped from the Desert Bandits. Happy questing!
