Hiring associates in GTA 5 is a piece of cake once you get the hang of it! First up, you gotta own a CEO office through the Dynasty 8 Executive website in the game. Once you're the boss, open the Interaction Menu, scroll down to 'SecuroServ', and from there you can register as a CEO. Now, the fun part - to hire associates, go back to the Interaction Menu, find 'SecuroServ' again, and select 'Hire Associates'. Then you just choose who you wanna hire from the list of available players. Keep in mind, being a good boss pays off, as associates help you with missions, making that sweet in-game money easier to earn!

Honestly, being an associate is kinda underwhelming. The pay's not great unless your CEO is really active and engaging in the high-earning missions. Plus, the work can be hit or miss.
