To hire characters in Fortnite, find an NPC on the map and interact with them. Some NPCs offer the option to hire them for a certain amount of Gold. Just select the hire option and confirm the transaction!

Hiring an NPC is as easy as walking up to them and throwing some Gold their way. They'll become your loyal sidekick!

Just visit an NPC, press the interact button, and use some Gold. NPCs with a gold coin symbol can be hired to assist you in your matches. Simple as that.

Just approach any NPC that has a gold coin icon over their head. That means they鈥檙e hireable. Pay in Gold, and they鈥檒l follow you around.

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
