On PC, all you have to do is press and hold the 'R' key for a second or two. For those on Xbox, just hold down 'X'.

Holstering your weapon in Starfield is a breeze! Just hold down the reload button on your controller or keyboard, and your character will put away their weapon. Happy exploring!
