You can import save files by copying them to C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\ThreeKingdoms\save_games. Restart your game, and they should show up.
Save file imports are easy. Copy them into the 'save_games' folder located in your AppData > Roaming > The Creative Assembly > Three Kingdoms folder. Works every time for me!
