How to Increase Equipment Slots in Terraria
To increase your equipment slots in Terraria, you gotta get your hands on some accessory items called 'Demon Heart' from the Wall of Flesh in Hardmode and 'Celestial Onion' available in Expert or Master mode. The Demon Heart permanently adds an extra accessory slot but you can only use it once. The Celestial Onion, however, is a one-time use item that grants another accessory slot, but it's exclusive to characters in Expert or Master modes. Keep in mind, you gotta beat the bosses to snag these items!

Honestly, I don't think the hassle to get more slots is worth it. Just manage your inventory better.
