Farm Sentient Cores by hunting Eidolons at night in the Plains of Eidolon. Then trade those cores with Quill Onkko in Cetus. Simple as that!

Remember to gather Cetus Wisps and Breath of the Eidolon too. They're needed for crafting Amp parts which will help in those fights!

To rank up with the Quills, you need to gather Sentient Cores by defeating Sentient enemies, especially at the Plains of Eidolon during night-time Eidolon hunts. Exchange these cores with Quill Onkko in Cetus!
